What is Project Management?
Project management is the overview of the companies planning and organization to accomplish and specific goal or task.
The Goal of a Project Manager (PM) is define the goals and objectives that are needed to keep the project going forward and distribute portions of the project to individuals or teams that can accomplish the tasks in respect to the timeline.
The mission begins with creating a blueprint of how the project will be executed and dividing the work amongst the team, budget and timeframe that is available. The PM has to make sure the project initiates correctly by performing quality check from beginning to the end of the project.
There are different types of management styles in PM can use waterfall, lean, traditional and agile.
Traditional -
Waterfall - Each task is completed before the next one starts
Agile - Does not fallow a sequential order, with agile there is continuous monitoring of the product.
Lean- Time is divided up into certain hours to a specific part of the project.
